What this website collects, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it. Last updated 20 October 2026.
VV Techsol is a software development and digital marketing company registered in England. Our registered address is 32 Cyprus House, 183 Townmead Road, London SW6 2JX, United Kingdom.
This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it. It covers www.vvtechsol.com only. It does not cover work we do under a signed contract, which is governed by that contract.
For anything in this notice, write to [email protected] or call +44 777 888 2231.
We do not ask for anything you have not chosen to send us. There are three ways this site collects personal information.
When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, and — if you fill them in — your phone number, the service you are interested in and your industry, along with whatever you write in the message. These are sent to us as an email. Nothing from the form is stored on this website.
What you type into the chat widget is sent to an AI provider so it can answer. We use Anthropic; if that is unavailable the message goes to OpenRouter instead. Your conversation is not used to train anyone's models.
If you ask to speak to a person, we also keep what you give us at that point: your name, email, phone number, your message, the conversation up to that moment, the page you were on, and the two-letter country code your connection reports. We do not store your IP address.
Our analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where in the world from, and which site or search sent you. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs, which include IP addresses, to run the service and block abuse.
Under UK GDPR we rely on two grounds.
Legitimate interests for enquiries and chat leads: you contacted us about work, and we need your details to reply and to keep track of the conversation. You can object to this at any time and we will delete what we hold.
Consent for analytics. If you do not want to be counted, the browser setting below turns it off.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. These are the companies involved in running the site, and what each one handles:
We will also hand information to anyone we are legally required to.
Chat leads: one year. They are stored with an expiry a year from the day they are created and are removed automatically when it passes.
Enquiry emails: as long as the enquiry is live, and up to six years afterwards where it became work, since business records have to be kept.
Analytics: as our analytics provider retains it, in a form that does not name you.
Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from another. Turning on Do Not Track or blocking third-party cookies in your browser stops it, and nothing on the site breaks.
The chat widget keeps your conversation in your own browser's storage so it is still there if you change page. It never leaves your device except when a message is sent, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Cloudflare may set a cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. It is required for the site to work and carries nothing about you.
Calendly sets its own cookies, but only once you open a booking.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to us using it at all.
Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first.
Several of the companies above are based in the United States, so some of what you send passes through there. Each of them operates under the safeguards UK law requires for transfers outside the UK, which in practice means standard contractual clauses or an approved adequacy framework.
The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Chat leads sit in storage reachable only by our own code, with the keys for it held by our hosting provider and not in our website's source. Access to the inbox enquiries arrive in is limited to people who need it.
No website can promise it will never be breached. If one happened and it put you at risk, we would tell you and the Information Commissioner's Office.
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top. This notice was last updated on 20 October 2026.
